Born in Montevideo, Uruguay where he studied at the Art School and the School for Dramatic Arts. He also studed mural techniques with D. Inganni in Sweden. He is the creator of a a series of sets and costumes for theater plays, operas and tv-theater in Uruguay. He has received several awards from the Association of the Theather Critics for his productions. He has made illustrations for a series of books, magazines and other publications. He has made mureals in Sweden and abroad. Furthermore he has produced mural paintings in Sweden, Uruguay and Germany.

His artwork is part of private and public collections in Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Sweden, Germany and Italy.
